  • Delivery takes 4-5 business days domestically 
  • Orders placed from Friday (after 2pm EST), Saturday, and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
  • Exchanges must be for items of equal or lesser value

LOST PACKAGES AND STUCK SHIPMENTS

SHIPMENTS

  • The customer is responsible for filing a lost package claim with the USPS or UPS in the event of a lost / misplaced package. We provide tracking for every order.
  • Awakened Labz is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address.
  • Awakened Labz is not responsible for packages once they are in the hand of the carrier.

  • We are not responsible for any lost packages, delays in transit, seized packages, etc.
