Intro to Awakened Workouts

Here is a sample workout to help you reach your fitness goals. When you join our Awakened program we customize all of your weekly workouts based upon your fitness goals and current abilities. This workout is a fast paced full body workout that is beneficial to all body types and all health goals.

 

Awakened Full Body Blast

Warmup

  • 10 mins of cardio on a incline  4 sets 10-12 reps

    Arms

    • Dumbbell barbell curls  4 sets 10-12 reps
    • tricep rope pushdowns  4 sets 10-12 reps

      Back 

      • Pull ups 3 sets until failure

      Chest 

      • Incline bench press  4 sets 10-12 reps
        • Cable Flys  4 sets 10-12 reps

          Shoulders 

          • Dumbbell shoulder press  4 sets 10-12 reps

            Legs

            • Quad extensions  4 sets 10-12 reps
              • Lunges  4 sets 20 reps each leg

                 

                Notes : Rest periods should be 15-30 seconds between sets. The workout should take 45 mins and have you dripping in sweat after completion.
